Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All products are made to order through our printing partner, Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume seasons. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email when available.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination.

Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because Printful may fulfill items from different facilities.

Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our prices and vary by country.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made-to-order through Printful, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change of mind. However, we want you to love your purchase—if there is an issue, please contact us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo(s) of the item

We will work with Printful to replace the item at no additional cost.

Returns for Size Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges at this time. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us. After confirming the issue with Printful, we may issue a replacement. Claims for lost shipments must be made within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
Because items are custom printed, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Color variations due to screen differences

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
